Insurance Restoration

Faux Finishing

Homeowner files insurance restoration claim after coming home to find water damage and mold in home.

We Provide After Disaster Insurance Restoration Services

Have you suffered a water damage incident or weather-related incident? If you’re thinking about filing an insurance restoration claim, you’ll want to make sure that your claim is handled professionally and efficiently.

We work with your insurance company to get you settled after fire, water, flood, weather, wind, mold, and hurricane damage claims. Our owner, Stephen Delgado personally supervises each mold remediation project. Stephen has worked with insurance adjusters for over 25 years and understands what information is required to successfully settle an insurance claim. It’s important to capture critical information before the work starts, during the project, and after the project is completed to document successful completion.

Insurance Restoration Adjusters require detailed documentation.

Stephen will analyze your loss, provide an estimate, talk with your adjuster and offer an unbiased, experienced perspective. He can meet with your adjuster and discuss his comprehensive Estimate to make sure that both you and the insurance company receive the best possible settlement of your insurance claim.

Stephen will handle your loss from start to finish: emergency electrical services, estimating, documentation of loss, structural drying and dehumidification, contents removal, mold prevention, mold removal, building restoration, repair and rebuild. We closely follow ANSI/IICRC S500 guidelines and principles for professional water damage restoration (2006). We document everything from project start to project finish – photo documentation of damage, moisture readings, and humidity levels.

Stephen Delgado has been providing turn-key loss management, estimating, and reconstruction services to both residential and commercial properties for over 25 years. He is credentialed by the IICRC as a water damage and fire damage mitigation specialist, and is licensed by the State of Florida as a Mold Remediator, Mold Assessor, Building Inspector and Division 1 General Contractor.

Whether you choose a marble or wood grain faux finish, a metallic decorative paint finish, or even Venetian plaster, your space will look wonderful.
